Ameda Single Eco Pump Set

Description

Milk expression kit, used with Electric Breast pumps. 4 parts like valve, diaphram, bottle and breast shell , that come in contact with milk, should be sterilized after each pumping. Compatible ONLY with Ameda Electric Breast pumps.

Steps to sterilise:

1)    The cap & tubing need not be sterilized as the diaphragm creates a unique barrier , that is FDA approved . It lets the vacuum pass & prevents milk from flowing into the tubing. In absence of the diaphragm the milk overflows in the tubing or the pump causing intense damage and cannot be cleaned easily. This unique diaphragm makes the Ameda breast pump safe & Hygiene

2)  Care should be taken while removing the valve, it should not be pulled from where the membrane is thin, but it should be pinched from the sides, where the membrane is thick, so that it convulges in the centre and we can simply remove it.
